Check that the 2 guide pins are seated correctly in the cylinder head.

Cylinder Head Gasket (3) - Install NEW
Cylinder Head (2) - Install
Cylinder Head Bolt (1) - Install NEW and hand tighten [10x]

NOTE:
Ensure the correct bolt length is used in the correct location.

Cylinder Head Bolt (1, 2, 3) - Install and hand tighten (M6) [8x]

Cylinder Head Bolt - Tighten in the sequence shown. [18x]
1. Cylinder Head Bolt (1 - 10) - First Pass: 30 N.m (22 lb ft)
2. Cylinder Head Bolt (11 - 18) Tighten - 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
3. Cylinder Head Bolt (1 - 10) - Final Pass: 190 degrees - Using EN-45059 Angle Meter

Engine Wiring Harness Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
