Removal Procedure

- Piston and Connecting Rod Assembly - Remove [4x] - Piston and Connecting Rod Removal and Installation
- NOTE:
Set aside in order removed.
Crankshaft Bearing Cap Bolt (1) - Remove [10x]
- Crankshaft Bearing Cap (2) - Remove [5x]
- NOTE:
- Note the position of the guide lug (1) for the installation procedure.
- Mark the installation position of the crankshaft lower bearing. Set aside in order removed.
Crankshaft Lower Bearing (2) - Remove [5x]
- NOTE:
Mark the installation position of the crankshaft upper bearings and the thrust bearings. Set aside in order removed.
Crankshaft (1) - Remove
- Crankshaft Upper Bearing (3) - Remove [5x]
- Remove the 2 crankshaft thrust bearings (2).
