Removal Procedure

  1. Fig 1: Identifying Rear Side Door Upper Hinge And Lower Hinge Components

    NOTE:

    Keep the door in the closed position and replace only one hinge at a time.

    Mark the location of the upper hinge (3) before removing the bolts with a grease pencil.

  2. Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Body Side (1) - Remove
  3. Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (2) - Remove
  4. Rear Side Door Upper Hinge (3) - Remove
  5. Mark the location of the lower hinge (6) before removing the bolts with a grease pencil.
  6. Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Body Side (4) - Remove
  7. Rear Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (5) - Remove
  8. Rear Side Door Lower Hinge (6) - Remove
