Transmission Control Lever Knob Replacement

Callout Component Name
1 Transmission Control Lever Knob Retaining Tabs [4x]
Procedure 
Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retainer securing the control lever boot.
2 Electrical Dock & Lock Connector
Procedure 
NOTE:

Use a minimal twisting motion while pulling up to remove the control lever knob from the shaft.


Lift the transmission control lever knob up to disconnect the electrical connector.
3 Transmission Control Lever Knob
NOTE:
  • The control lever boot and knob are replaced as an assembly.
