Ignition and Start Switch Replacement (Chevrolet, Without BTM)

Preliminary Procedures

1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (without KL9) , and Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (with KL9)
2. Reposition the steering column upper trim cover as necessary. Steering Column Upper Trim Cover Replacement (Chevrolet, Without BTM) , and Steering Column Upper Trim Cover Replacement (Buick, With BTM)
3. Ignition Lock Cylinder Opening Trim Cover Replacement 
4. Steering Column Lower Trim Cover Replacement (Chevrolet, Without BTM)

Procedure

1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (without KL9) , and Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (with KL9)
