Installation Procedure

- Using the EN-37281-A seal remover, install the NEW valve seal. Fully seat the seal onto the valve guide.
Install the valve spring (3) and retainer (2).
- Compress the valve spring using the valve spring compressor.
- Install the valve spring keepers (1).
- Disconnect the air hose and remove the EN-35667-A leakdown adapter.
Remove the EN-50717 compressor and EN-50717 compressor adapter set from the cylinder head.
- Install the spark plugs. Spark Plug Replacement
- Valve Rocker Arm - Install - Intake Valve Rocker Arm Replacement , Exhaust Valve Rocker Arm Replacement
- Install the camshaft. Camshaft Position Actuator and Camshaft Replacement - Intake , Camshaft Position Actuator and Camshaft Replacement - Exhaust
- Remove the EN-50792 holding tool.
- If equipped with an automatic transmission, install the starter. Starter Replacement (LTG)
