Preliminary Procedure Instrument Panel Trim Plate Replacement NOTE: When removing the Heater and Air Conditioning Remote Control module for any reason, it is required that the connectors to the HVAC module be disconnected. If the vehicle battery has NOT been disconnected, when reinstalling or reconnecting the module, the BROWN J2 connector must be connected last. Once all the parts are all in place, check and clear all DTCs in the HVAC module.
