Conditions for Setting the DTC

Condition 1
- Hybrid/EV Battery Contactors - Command State = Open
- Electrical Current @ G1 A/C Compressor = Active
Condition 2
- Hybrid/EV Battery Contactors - Command State = Closed
- A/C Compressor - Command State = OFF
- Electrical Current @ G1 A/C Compressor = Active
or
A/C Compressor Speed = Greater than 60 RPM
Condition 3
- Hybrid/EV Battery Contactors - Command State = Closed
- High Voltage Battery = 220 to 330 V
- A/C Compressor - Command State = ON
- A/C Compressor Speed = 1000 to 8640 RPM
- A/C High Side Pressure = 200 to 2300 kPa (29 to 334 PSI)
- A/C Compressor - Current = Less than 0.2 AorGreater than 27 A
