Removal Procedure

- Disable the high voltage system. High Voltage Disabling
High Voltage Battery (1) - Remove - High Voltage Battery Replacement and Shipping Preparation
High Voltage Battery Tray Reinforcement - Left Side (1) - Remove - High Voltage Battery Tray Reinforcement Replacement (Left Side)
High Voltage Battery Tray Reinforcement - Right Side (1) - Remove - High Voltage Battery Tray Reinforcement Replacement (Right Side)
Slide the cell battery vent tube grommet (2) off the battery hold down retainer side panel.
- Release the cell battery vent tube from the retainer clips (1).
- Disengage the cell battery vent tube from each cell battery module.
- Cell Battery Vent Tube (3) - Remove
