Installation Procedure

    Cell Battery Module (1) - Install

    Battery Hold Down Retainer (2) - Install

    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  3. Battery Hold Down Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2X] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    High Voltage Battery Interface Control Module (1) - Install

    Connect the ribbon connector. (1)

    Electrical Connector (2) - Connect

  7. Retainer Clip (3) - Engage
  8. Battery Vent Tube (1) - Connect

    High Voltage Bus Bar (2) - Install

  10. High Voltage Bus Bar Fastener (1) - Install and tighten [2X] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Auxiliary Battery Cable (4) - Install - Auxiliary Battery Cable Replacement 

  12. Perform Hybrid/EV battery cell balancing, refer to Hybrid/EV Battery Cell Balancing

    Battery Cooling Air Inlet Duct - Front (2) - Install

    Battery Cooling Air Inlet Duct- Rear (1) - Install
