Installation Procedure

    Cell Battery Module (1) - Install

    Battery Hold Down Retainer (1) - Install [2X]

    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  3. Battery Hold Down Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [4X] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    High Voltage Battery Interface Control Module (1) - Install

    Connect the ribbon connector. (1)

    Electrical Connector (1) - Connect [2X]

  7. Battery Vent Tube (2) - Connect
  8. Retainer Clip (3) - Engage

    High Voltage Bus Bar (2) - Install [2X]

  10. High Voltage Bus Bar Fastener (1) - Install and tighten [4X] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  11. Perform Hybrid/EV battery cell balancing, refer to Hybrid/EV Battery Cell Balancing

    Battery Cooling Air Inlet Duct - Front (2) - Install

    Battery Cooling Air Inlet Duct- Rear (1) - Install

    Battery Hold Down Retainer - Right Side Panel (3) - Install - Battery Hold Down Retainer Replacement (Right Side Panel)

    Battery Cover - Front (3) - Install - Battery Cover Replacement (Back Panel) , or Battery Cover Replacement (Front Panel)
