The hybrid/EV battery pack high voltage manual service disconnect is not installed correctly, or a blown manual service disconnect fuse may cause P0AFA to set.
A cell group low voltage condition may recover above the Conditions for Setting the DTC after an extended contactor-open condition. Whenever a Cell low voltage DTC has set but appears OK during Circuit/System Verification, operate the vehicle under high voltage battery load conditions to ensure cell group voltages do not drop too low while under load.
