Circuit/System Verification

  1. Vehicle in Service Mode.
  2. Verify that no other DTCs are set.
    • Go to next step: If no other DTCs are set 
    3. NOTE:

    The S15 manual service disconnect lever must be installed for proper testing results.

  3. Verify with a scan tool, the hybrid/EV powertrain control module 2 Sum of all Hybrid/EV Battery Section Voltages parameter and the Hybrid/EV Battery Pack Voltage parameters are between 4.8 - 392 V and within 10 V of each other.
    • If not within the specified range and not within 10 V of each other 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing.

    • Go to next step: If within the specified range and within 10 V of each other 
  4. All OK.
