Installation Procedure

    Transmission Mount (5) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

    CAUTION:

    Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution

    NOTE:

    Install NEW bolts.

  2. Transmission Mount Bolt (4) - Install [3x] - Hand tighten
    3. CAUTION:

    Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution

  3. Transmission Mount Bolt (3) - Install [2x] - Hand tighten
  4. Align the transmission mount and the powertrain unit to the previously made marks.
  5. Transmission Mount Bolt (4) - Tighten [3x]
    1. First Pass:100 N.m (74 lb ft)
    2. Final Pass:60 - 75 degrees, use the EN-45059  meter
  6. Transmission Mount Bolt (3) - tighten 100 N.m (74 lb ft) [2x]
  7. Install the transmission bracket (2).
  8. Install the three wiring harness retainers and position the main wiring harness to the left frame rail.
  9. Transmission Bracket bolt (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  10. Remove the jack.
  11. Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket - Install - Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Replacement
  12. Electronic Brake Control Module with Brake Pressure Modulator Valve - Install - Electronic Brake Control Module with Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Replacement
  13. Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block - Install - Engine Wiring Harness Junction Block Replacement (LKN)
