Installation Procedure

Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cover Installation (2) - Install
Drive Motor Battery Positive and Negative Cable Connector (2) - Install
- Drive Motor Battery Positive and Negative Cable Connector Bolt (1) - Tighten in sequence [4x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Connect the transmission electrical connector (2).
- Connect the transmission high voltage electrical connectors (3).
- Connect the radiator surge tank overflow hose (1).
- Install the transmission mount transmission side bracket. Transmission Mount Transmission-Side Bracket Replacement
Install the secondary shield (2) to the transmission.
Install the primary shield (3) to the transmission.
- Install the range selector lever cable bracket. Range Selector Lever Cable Bracket Replacement
- Range Selector Lever Cable Adjustment - Adjust
- Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Cooling System Draining and Filling - Fill
- Enable the high voltage system and connect the A4 Hybrid/EV Battery Pack high voltage harness connector at the T6 Power Inverter Module. High Voltage Enabling .
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Without KL9)Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With KL9)
