Installation Procedure

The gasket is reusable, inspect the gasket and replace if damaged.
Control Valve Body Cover Gasket (1) - Install
- Control Valve Body Cover (2) - Install
- Control Valve Body Cover Bolt (3) - Install [16x] - Hand tighten
Control Valve Body Cover Bolt - Tighten in sequence [16x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Drive Motor Battery Radiator Surge Tank Replacement - Install
- Drive Motor Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose Replacement (Pump to Aux Radiator) (1) - Install
- Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cooling Inlet Hose Replacement (Drive Motor Bat Rad Surge Tank To Pump)Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cooling Inlet Hose Replacement (Trans Pipe to Aux Radiator) (1) - Install
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement (LKN With MKE) (1) - Install
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement (LKN With MKE) (1) - Install
- Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LKN) - Install
- Engine Cooling System - Fill - Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716)Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
- Fill the transmission to the proper level with NEW transmission fluid. Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check
- Enable the high voltage system and connect the A4 Hybrid/EV Battery Pack high voltage harness connector at the T6 Power Inverter Module. High Voltage Enabling .
