Circuit/System Testing

  1. Verify DTC C0035-C0050, C0500-C0504, C0506-C0510, C0512-C0516, C1207-C1210, C1221-C1228, C1232-C1235, C005A, C0245, C122E, P0721, P0723, U0073, U0074, U0077, U0101, U0129, or U1833 is not set.
    • Go to next step: If the DTCs are not set 
  2. Verify the control module which set the DTC has the latest calibration in Calibration Information.
    • If the control module does not have the latest calibration, program the control module.
    • If the control module has the latest calibration, replace the control module.
  3. Retest for DTCs.
    • If the DTC resets 

      Replace the control module which set the DTC.

    • Go to next step: If the DTC does not reset 
  4. All OK.
