P0815 

Hybrid/EV Powertrain Control Module 1 detects an Up request for 10 min with the shift lever in a forward range.

P0816 

Hybrid/EV Powertrain Control Module 1 detects a Down request for 10 min with the shift lever in a forward range.

P0826 

Hybrid/EV Powertrain Control Module 1 detects an invalid voltage on the Up/Down signal circuit for 1 min.
