Installation Procedure

Position the steering column lower trim cover (2) in the vehicle.
- Start the steering column lower trim cover bolts (1) by hand.
- Turn the steering wheel to the left and right, as necessary, to tighten the upper steering column lower trim cover bolts (1) to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).
- Tighten the lower steering column lower trim cover bolt (1) to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).
Secure the steering column upper trim cover (1) to the steering column lower trim cover.
