After Cleaning

    NOTE:

    Typical wheel bearing shown, specific wheel bearing may vary in appearance.

    Verify the magnetic encoder ring (1) is clear of foreign debris.

  2. Install the components that were removed for inspection and cleaning.
  3. Connect a scan tool to the vehicle.
  4. Turn ON the ignition.
  5. Clear the DTCs.
  6. Verify the repair and check for proper communication.
  7. If problem is still found, replace the appropriate wheel bearing assembly.
