Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode
  2. Verify there are no other DTCs set, except for DTC C0242.
    • Go to next step: If no other DTCs are set 
  3. Replace the component:K20 Engine Control Module
  4. Under normal operating conditions:Verify DTC C0242 is not set.
    • If the DTC sets 

      Replace the component:K17 Electronic Brake Control Module

    • Go to next step: If the DTC is not set 
  5. All OK.
