Removal Procedure

Brake Dust Warning

Fully release the parking brake.
Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

NOTE:
Pull downward on the parking brake front cable to slacken the parking brake rear cable.

Parking Brake CableRetainer (1) Release
Disconnect the parking brake cable from the actuator lever on the caliper and remove the parking brake cable.
