Installation Procedure

NOTE:
Do to clearance issues, the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe and transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe bolt have to be installed to the vehicle together.

NOTE:
Remove the covers or plugs at transmission cooler pipe connection points.

Position the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe (1) and transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe bolt (2) in the vehicle.

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Install the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe (1) at the transmission fluid cooler inlet pipe and transmission fluid auxiliary cooler. Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection

Transmission Fluid Cooler Outlet Pipe (1) @ Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection

Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe (1) @ Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection
Remove the drain pan from under the vehicle.
Fill the transmission to the proper level with NEW transmission fluid. Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check
Install the battery tray. Battery Tray Replacement (LFV)
Inspect for transmission fluid leaks. Fluid Leak Diagnosis

Install the front bumper fascia. (1) Front Bumper Fascia Replacement
