Condition Action
The steering column mounting fasteners are loose. Tighten the steering column mounting fasteners to specification. Steering Column Replacement
The electric belt drive rack and pinion steering gear mounting fasteners are loose. Tighten the electric belt drive rack and pinion steering gear mounting fasteners to specification. Electric Dual Pinion Rack and Pinion Steering Gear Replacement 
The steering linkage inner and/or outer tie rods are loose or damaged. Inspect the steering linkage inner and outer tie rods.
