Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  1. Install the door side hinge bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  2. Inspect the door for proper operation and alignment.
  3. Remove the tape.


    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  1. Install the body side hinge bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 32 N.m (24 lb ft).

  2. Adjust the rear side door lock striker, if needed. Rear Side Door Lock Striker Adjustment
  3. Inspect the door for proper operation and alignment.
  4. Remove the tape.
