Installation Procedure

Front Side Door Lower Hinge (6) - Install
- Front Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (5) - Install and tighten [2x] 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
- Front Side Door Hinge Bolt - Body Side (4) - Install and tighten [2x] 32 N.m (24 lb ft)
- Front Side Door Upper Hinge (3) - Install
- Front Side Door Hinge Bolt - Door Side (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
- Front Side Door Hinge Bolt - Body Side (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 32 N.m (24 lb ft)
Front Fender Replacement - Left Side (1) - Install - Front Fender Replacement
- Remove the masking tape from the edges of the door.
