Removal Procedure

Up/Down or In/Out Adjustment
- Open the door.
- Apply a double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces.
- Loosen the door side hinge bolts.
- Adjust the door up or down by repositioning the door as necessary.
- Adjust the door in or out by repositioning the door as necessary.
NOTE:
The door side upper and lower hinge bolts must remain tight enough to retain door adjusted position.
NOTE:
DO NOT remove the bolts from the door.
Fore/Aft Adjustment
- Apply a double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces.
- Remove the appropriate front wheelhouse liner:
- For left side front wheelhouse liner, refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Left Side .
- For right side front wheelhouse liner, refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (LFV, LTG)Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (LKN) .
- Loosen the body side hinge bolts.
- Adjust the door fore and aft by repositioning the door as necessary.
NOTE:
The door side upper and lower hinge bolts must remain tight enough to retain door adjusted position.
NOTE:
DO NOT remove the body side hinge bolts.
