Installation Procedure

- Door Side Hinge Bolt - Tighten [4x] 25 N.m (18 lb in)
- Inspect the door for proper operation and alignment.
- Remove the tape.
CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
- Body Side Hinge Bolt - Tighten [4x] 32 N.m (24 lb in)
- Adjust the front side door lock striker, if needed. Front Side Door Lock Striker Adjustment
- Inspect the door for proper operation and alignment.
- Install the appropriate front wheelhouse liner:
- For left side front wheelhouse liner, refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Left Side .
- For right side front wheelhouse liner, refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (LFV, LTG)Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side (LKN) .
- Remove the double layer of masking tape from the perimeter of the painted surfaces.
