Installation Procedure

    Accessory DC Power Control Module (3) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Accessory DC Power Control Module Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2X] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  3. Accessory DC Power Control Module Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2X] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    High Voltage Electrical Connector (1) - Connect

  5. Electrical Connector (2) - Connect
  6. Install the retainers. (3)

    Battery Positive Junction Block Cable (3) - Install

  8. Battery Positive Junction Block Cable Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  9. Retainer (2) - Engage
  10. Drive Motor Battery Impact Absorber (4) - Install

    Drive Motor Generator Control Module Tray (2) - Install - Drive Motor Generator Control Module Tray Replacement

  12. Enable the high voltage system. High Voltage Enabling
