Circuit/System Verification

- Vehicle ON.
- Verify that DTCs P0A3F, P0A40, P0A45, P0A46, P0A78, P0A79, P0C01, P0C04, P0C0B, P0C0E, P0C4E, P0C4F, P0C52, P0C53, P0C57, P0C58, P0C5C, P0C5D, P0C61, P0C62, P1B03, P1B04, P1B0D, or P1B0E is not set.
- If any of the DTCs are set
Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle .
- Go to next step: If none of the DTCs are set
- If any of the DTCs are set
- Cycle vehicle power 4 times, using a scan tool to monitor the state of the appropriate Drive Motor Position Sensor Offset Learn Status.
- If Drive Motor Position Sensor Offset Learn Status showed Motor Current Incorrect all 4 cycles
Refer to Circuit/System Testing.
- Go to next step: If Drive Motor Position Sensor Offset Learn Status did not show Motor Current Incorrect all 4 cycles
- If Drive Motor Position Sensor Offset Learn Status showed Motor Current Incorrect all 4 cycles
- Vehicle ON.
- Verify DTC P0C17, P0C18, P1B0F, or P1B10 is not set.
- If any of the DTCs are set
- Verify the T6 Power Inverter Module has the latest calibration in Calibration Information.
- If the T6 Power Inverter Module does not have the latest calibration, program the T6 power inverter module.
- If the T6 Power Inverter Module has the latest calibration, replace the T6 Power Inverter Module.
- Cycle vehicle power 4 times, using a scan tool to monitor the state of the appropriate Drive Motor Position Sensor Offset Learn Status.
- Verify the DTC does not set.
- If the DTC sets, replace the T6 Power Inverter Module.
- Go to next step: If the DTC does not set
- All OK.
- Go to next step: If none of the DTCs are set
- All OK.
NOTE:
When turning vehicle OFF, open and close the driver door and wait 2 minutes to allow all modules to shut down.
