Removal Procedure

    Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle (1) - Remove - Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Replacement (LFV) Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Replacement (LKN) Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Replacement (LTG)

    Install the CH-49384  Frame Insulator Remover as shown.

  3. Install the cradle mount outer sleeve cylinder (1) on top of the cradle mount.
  4. Place the bearing (2) on top of the sleeve and install the bolt (3) through the mount.
  5. Install the large fender washer (4) and center it on the lower cradle mount.
  6. Hand tighten the nut (5)
  7. Align the outer sleeve (1) and bolt (3) to the outer frame cradle mount.
  8. Slowly tighten the nut (5) until the cradle mount slides upwards into the inner sleeve of the cylinder (1).
