Left Stop Lamp - Control Circuit = Open/High Resistance/Short to Battery
F8DA - B+ circuit = Short to Ground/Open/High Resistance

Right Stop Lamp - Control Circuit = Open/High Resistance/Short to Battery
F21DA - B+ circuit = Short to Ground/Open/High Resistance
