Installation Procedure

    Transmission Mount (5) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  2. Install the 2 transmission mount bolts (2) and tighten to 100 N.m (74 lb ft)
    3. CAUTION:

    Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution

  3. Transmission Mount Transmission Side Bolt (1) - Install NEW and tighten [3x]
    1. First Pass:Tighten in the sequence shown to 35 N.m (26 lb ft)
    2. Second Pass: Tighten in any sequence to 100 N.m (74 lb ft)
    3. Final Pass: Tighten in any sequence an additional 60 - 75 degrees
  4. Install the engine mount brace (4).
  5. Install the 2 engine mount brace bolts (3) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  6. Remove the engine support fixture. See ENGINE SUPPORT FIXTURE
  7. Install the engine wiring harness fuse block bracket. Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Replacement
  8. Install the battery tray. Battery Tray Replacement (LFV)
