Removal Procedure

- Relieve the fuel system pressure. Fuel Pressure Relief
- Intake Manifold Cover - Remove - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
- Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose - LTG Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe to Radiator Surge Tank - Remove - Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (LTG) , or Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement (LTG Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe to Radiator Surge Tank)
- Disconnect the engine wiring harness from the engine coolant air bleed hose bracket and reposition engine wiring harness.
Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Bolt (1) - Remove
- Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Bracket (2) - Remove
Fuel Feed Front Pipe Bolt (1) - Remove
- Fuel Feed Front Pipe (2) - Disconnect - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Fuel Feed Front Pipe (2) - Remove
