Installation Procedure

Retainer Spring (1) - Engage
- Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube (2) - Install
Install NEW gasket.
- Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube (2) - Install
- Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube Bolt (1) - Install [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Underbody Front Air Deflector - Install - Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement
NOTE:
A positive click should be heard as the inlet air tube is installed to the intercooler.
