Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Front Pipe Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
  2. Fuel Pressure Relief 
1 Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipe Bolt
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
10 N.m (89 lb in)
2 Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Front Pipe Nut [2x]
CAUTION:

Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution .


Tighten 
30 N.m (22 lb ft)
3 Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Front Pipe
NOTE:

The threaded fuel pipes are one time use, always install a NEW fuel injection fuel feed front pipe.

Procedure

  1. Ensure that the fuel injection fuel feed front pipe, and fittings are clean and dry prior to assembly.
  2. Pressurize the fuel system and check for leaks.
