Installation Procedure

Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Inlet Gasket (2) - Install
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pipe Gasket (3) - Install
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler (1) - Install
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Inlet Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pipe Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
Retainer (2) - Install
- Electrical Connector (1) - Connect
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Inlet Pipe - Install - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Outlet Pipe- To Fuel Heater Return Hose - Install - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement (To Fuel Heater Return Hose) , or Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement (To Intake Manifold)
Catalytic Converter Heat Shield - Install - Catalytic Converter Heat Shield Replacement (LKN)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Temperature Sensor Bracket - Install - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Temperature Sensor Bracket Replacement
Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Temperature Sensor - Position 1 - Install - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Temperature Sensor Replacement - Position 1
- Intake Manifold Cover - Install - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
