Removal Procedure

  1. Water Outlet - Remove - Water Outlet Replacement (LKN)
  2. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Temperature Sensor- Position 2 - Remove - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Temperature Sensor Replacement - Position 2 
  3. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct - Remove - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement

    Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler Outlet Pipe Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

    NOTE:

    The gasket is reusable, inspect the gasket and replace if damaged.
