Installation Procedure

    Generator Control Module Coolant Pump (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  3. Connect the electrical connector. (2)

    Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Pump Cooling Inlet Hose (4) @ Generator Control Module Coolant Pump (5) - Install

  5. Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose Clamp (3) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
  6. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose (2) @ Generator Control Module Coolant Pump (5) - Install
  7. Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
  8. Fill the drive motor generator power inverter module cooling system. Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Cooling System Draining and Filling 
  9. Inspect for coolant leaks.
