Removal Procedure

- Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly - Remove - Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly Replacement
Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Nut (1) - Remove [3x]
- Engine Wiring Harness Ground Nut (2) - Remove
- Engine Wiring Harness Retainer (3) - Remove [5x]
- Engine Wiring Harness (4) - Reposition away
Oil Level Indicator (1) - Remove
Oil Level Indicator Tube Bolt (2) - Remove
- Oil Level Indicator Tube (1) - Remove
- O-Ring (3) - Remove
Camshaft Cover Bolt (2, 5, 6, 7, 9) - Remove [16x]
- Camshaft Cover Stud (1, 3, 4, 8) - Remove [8x]
Camshaft Cover (1) - Remove
- Camshaft Cover Gasket (2) - Remove and DISCARD
- Camshaft Cover (1) - Clean and inspect
- If replacing the camshaft cover, transfer parts as necessary.
