Installation Procedure

    Engine Mount Bracket (2) - Install

    2. NOTE:

    Install NEW bolts.

  2. Engine Mount Bracket Bolt (1) - Loosely install [3x]

    Tighten

      CAUTION:

      Refer to Fastener Caution .

      CAUTION:

      Refer to Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution .

    1. First Pass 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
    2. Final Pass an additional 60 degrees

    Engine Mount Bracket Reinforcement (3) - Install

  4. Engine Mount Brace Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  5. Engine Mount Brace Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  6. Engine Mount Replacement  - Install
  7. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement - Install
  8. Intake Manifold Cover Replacement  - Install
