Installation Procedure

Install the crankshaft balancer with NEW fastener. Use EN-44226-1 Crankshaft Balancer Holder/Remover (1) and ratchet (2) prevent the crankshaft from rotating while tightening the NEW crankshaft balancer fastener (3).
- Tighten the crankshaft balancer bolt to first pass 100 N.m (74 lb ft) final pass an additional 180 degrees using the EN-45059 meter.
- Install the drive belt. Water Pump, Air Conditioning Compressor, and Generator Belt Replacement
