Removal Procedure

- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
- Air Cleaner Assembly - Remove - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
Engine Wiring Harness Retainer (1) @ Engine Wiring Harness Bracket (2) - Separate [2x]
Drive Belt Tensioner (2) - Remove - Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement
Water Pump Bolt (1) - Remove [5x]
Water Pump Housing (1) - Remove
- Water Pump Housing Gasket (2) - Remove and DISCARD
