Installation Procedure

Water Outlet Seal (2) - Install a NEW seal.
- Water Outlet (1) - Install
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Water Outlet Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Hose Clamp (1) - Engage [2x]
Heater Outlet Hose (4) - Connect
- Heater Inlet Hose (3) - Connect
- Radiator Inlet Hose (2) - Connect
- Hose Clamp (1) - Engage [3x]
Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Electrical Connector (1) - Connect
Engine Control Module and Bracket Assembly (2) - Install - Engine Control Module Replacement
- Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube - Install - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Tube Replacement
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
