Removal Procedure

- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
- Warm Up Three-Way Catalytic Converter Replacement (LTG) - Remove
Turbocharger Coolant Feed Pipe Hollow Screw (1) - Remove
- Remove and DISCARD the copper washers (2).
- Turbocharger Coolant Feed Pipe Fastener (3) - Remove [2x]
- Remove and DISCARD the gasket (4).
- Disengage the turbocharger coolant feed pipe hose clamp (5). Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Turbocharger Coolant Feed Pipe (6) - Remove
