Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)

    Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 

  3. Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Radiator - Remove

    Radiator Outlet Hose Retainer (1) - Disengage

  5. Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing - Remove
  6. Radiator Outlet Hose (2) - Remove
