Installation Procedure

Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Water Outlet - Install
- Radiator Inlet Hose Retainer (1) @ Water Outlet - Engage
Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Radiator - Install
- Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Drive Motor Generator Battery Bracket (3) - Install - Drive Motor Generator Battery Bracket Replacement (Drive Motor Generator Battery Cooling Blower) , or Drive Motor Generator Battery Bracket Replacement (Drive Motor Battery Radiator Surge Tank)
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
