Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode
  2. Verify DTC is not set:
    • DTC U1517
    • DTC U151B
    • Go to next step: If the DTC is not set 
  3. Perform the following learn procedure:Sunroof/Sunshade Motor Initialization 
  4. Operate the component:Sunroof Switch@A98 Front Overhead Console Assembly - Select each position

    Verify the component works as specified:

    • Open
    • Close
    • Express Open
    • Express Close
    • Vent - Open
    • Vent - Close
    • If the component does not work as specified 

      Refer to: Circuit/System Testing

    • Go to next step: If the component works as specified 
  5. All OK.
