- Engine Coolant Temperature = Warmer than -20°C (-4°F)
- Engine Overspeed = Inactive
- Engine Speed = 800 to 3, 750 RPM
- Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Purge System = Inactive
- Exhaust Camshaft Position = 0 to 25°
- Fuel Control Loop Status = Closed Loop
- Fuel level = Greater than 10%
- HO2S Heater Resistance Learn Status = Valid
- Ignition Timing Command = 5 to 55°
