Circuit/System Testing

  1. Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode
  2. Verify DTC C0500-C0504, C0506-C0510, C0512-C0516 is not set.
    • Go to next step: If none of the DTCs are set 
  3. Inspect the component for wear or damage:B5 Wheel Speed Sensor
    • Damaged, defective, or loose component:B5 Wheel Speed Sensor 

      Replace the appropriate component:B5 Wheel Speed Sensor

    • Go to next step: B5 Wheel Speed Sensor Visible Damage 
  4. Replace the component:K17 Electronic Brake Control Module
